an unexpected turn

saturday, 8th of november '08

nesh and i planned on going out for the last time before the holiday starts. farah slept over at my room that night so we can wake each other up(yeah right! i was the only one who always wakes her up! she slept like a rock. hard to wake her. honestly). but....

nesh and the others had other plan that friday night since mahad's birthday is on saturday(happy birthday dude!). i thought the plan was still on so i slept like a baby dreaming what would happen tomorrow. as time passed by, i got a text message around 7.45 am from nesh saying,

'blun.. ktorg baru sampai blik ne dr kul 9 mlm smlm kua. klu ko ad plan gtaw paeh..'

i got the hint instantly and thought that the plan was bombed. me and farah decided to go anyway and we prep ourselves prettily(haha!) and texted others who might be interested on going. khalil and sob bailed also. oh well, life goes on and times square is waiting!

then, farah had the weirdest idea of inviting ayie, arip and the gang. i told her it was hopeless but i tried anyway. here's the unexpected turn! ayie called me saying that he and dol will be going to low yat so they will join us after our movie is finished. hurrah! at last! ade people to teman us ronggeng! XD

after an hour of wait - me and farah was trying on clothes.yes, for an hour - ayie and dol arrived at times square and told us to meet at kenny rogers. big spenders! we went searching for it for almost 20 minutes and feeling embarassed, i texted ayie asking where the heck kenny is. eventhough i've been living in kl my whole life, i still don't know the location of certain place. even my hometown shah alam. haha.

a surprise was waiting for us in the form of adni at kenny rogers. i was shocked to see him outside of uia's boundaries since he looks like the type who doesn't go out. haha, no offense adni! so, after the breakfast+lunch+dinner meal, we went to pray and met up at the bowling alley. the 3 of them were already playing pool and we went to book a lane. and so, the joy ride begins! i'll let the pictures do the talking now =]

it ended with adni winning 1st place for bowling, ayie 2nd, dol 3rd, me 4th, and farah last. haha. we went to the arcade next and they played the shooting game thingie and of course, the car race. i was fourth for the first round and last for the 2nd round! well, it's not something to be proud of but if you know me, i rarely play things at the arcade. so, it's an improvement for me. yay me! XD

around 10.45, we made our way back to uia but stopped by at some tepi jalan stall. the dudes were still hungry after kenny rogers they ate around 7 which they didn't even finish. how they can sumbat the next meal is still a mystery for me. the food there was good though - me and farah had nasi putih + tomyam campoq. since adni was the winner for bowling, he had to pay for the losers food(yeah2, we were the losers). haha, it's twisted but we got free food! who cares?! :D

here's the funny but scary part. on the way back(from gas station to the tepi jln stall), ayie was driving but adni was the one who controlled the sterring(is this how u spell it? o-O)! i didn't take any picture coz i was holding my seat tightly. haha. please don't try this guys. it's fun but when you get an accident, it's not fun anymore. >.<

so, the day ended with them sending us all the way to mahallah asma at 12 midnight. what a day! it's a new expreince for us with a whole new gang. haha. it's fun nonetheless.
